Led by a skilled tile installation professional with over 25 years of residential, commercial, and multi-family industry experience, our programs combine practical jobsite instruction, workforce readiness, safety training, and professional development to equip participants with the skills needed to succeed in today’s construction industry.

Through strong partnerships with workforce boards, nonprofits, re-entry organizations, churches, employers, and community organizations, we help individuals build meaningful pathways toward sustainable employment, personal growth, stability, and stronger futures.
